Loved this one! I ended up substituting white wine vinegar for Cooking Sake [is this the same as Rice Wine Vinegar?] Regardless, it was yum - and easy to put together.

Hey Leanne! It’s a version of Sake that’s a little more salty made specifically for cooking! Can find it in Asian section of supermarket, can sub rice wine vinegar for it if needed 👌
