So what is the type of cheese and quantity that goes on top? I shopped based on the ingredients list but the recipe has a surprise at the end ;)

125g of light mozzarella is in there - grated would be ideal 🙏 sprinkle it on top and finish them under the grill to crisp up 🙏 let me now how you go!

Step 5 says add 125g light mozzarella to the chicken & veggies mix, that leaves no more grams of the 125g mozzarella listed in the ingredients for the top :D. Anyways, I put some parmesan i had in the fridge on the top. The result was yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
