Substituted quorn for chicken, as normal. Used an air fryer for the cooking of the quorn and veggies. Somehow ended up with 7 portions rather than 4, and seemed rather saucy. I really like sauce, so suits me. Absolutely delicious, and 6 portions labelled in the freezer ready for lunches.
