This is a favourite sharing dish. I have wmade this with pork and also swapped out the chicken for Quorn pieces and the chicken stock for vegan chicken stock and both options work just as well

This was spicier than I thought it would be, but it was still incredible. The picky eaters in my house loved it too. I ran out of lemon but had some lime and it worked just as well. This will definitely go into my rotation of meals.

Ayy so glad to hear everyone loved it! The spice level will be dictated by the paste and each brand will vary, best to have a favourite and stick with it!
