Can these recipes be frozen?

Hey Kelly! A lot of chefs online suggest freezing rice and itβs perfectly safe to do so (providing you donβt leave it out overnight before freezing, use airtight containers and reheat thoroughly) but I find the texture of the rice goes a little off π¬ I prefer to freeze the meat/sauce and make the rest of the meal when needed π or just leave it in the fridge for up to 4 days and eat within that time!
