Hey Kelly! A lot of chefs online suggest freezing rice and it’s perfectly safe to do so (providing you don’t leave it out overnight before freezing, use airtight containers and reheat thoroughly) but I find the texture of the rice goes a little off 😬 I prefer to freeze the meat/sauce and make the rest of the meal when needed πŸ‘Œ or just leave it in the fridge for up to 4 days and eat within that time!
