Loved the recipe as is. For my second version, to speed up prep time, I baked the salmon [with a spray of olive oil and the cajun seasoning sprinkled over it] and shredded it once cooked. Instead of salsa, I air fried red onion slices with cherry tomatoes, and for the avocado, I added 1t of cumin [for 4 serves] and left out the jalapeno.
