This is unbelievably good, flavour was so on point, have made several of your dishes now and they never miss!!! Would love to see more recipes using minced beef as we have a freezer full.....

Love to hear it! You should try my Red Curry Beef Stir Fry, I actually love that one!! You should be able to search ‘beef mince’ on the search bar too in order to find recipes using beef mince 🙌

I used a small glass and squashed the rice in tight, was surprised it worked so well :) what did you use?
