It is a great comfort food especially on cold days. One person in my house doesnt like sweet potato so I made one portion with normal potato and it works just as well. I also managed to squeeze an extra couple of portions for leftovers. This is another dish thats being added to the dinner rotation.

This was the most interesting pair . And I’ve never thought to pair those 2 items but it’s so good and smooth. This is a very airy meal that’s filling ! Highly recommend
