I really liked this, but husband thought it was too cheesy (no such thing in my book tbh) I am gluten free, and as gluten free wraps are terrible, I sliced a pita open, stuffed it and put it in a toastie press, and it turned out great.

I’ve tried those gluten free wraps before and I agree, not great! 😅 the pita sounds lovely though!

Absolutely delicious, I added a packet of Mexican spicy rice to bulk out for the family which made 6 well filled burritos. Will 100% be making these again.
