Creamy Sesame Noodles with Crunchy Chickpeas & Halloumi

Creamy sesame noodles topped with crunchy chickpeas and golden halloumi. It’s a seriously satisfying meat-free dinner that’s packed with protein and comes together in about 20 minutes.

I added a little extra chili crisp oil (2 tbsp instead of 1.5) because the sauce tasted kind of bitter with the amount of tahini. It gave it better balance.

Ahh good tip! I try to pull back on spice in my recipes nowadays as I think I have quite a high tolerance 😅 Beauty of this one is you can taste the sauce beforehand!

It was very flavorful. And my husband even had seconds. He's usually not a fan of vegetarian dishes
