Lovely! I followed the recipe exactly apart from using some mature cheddar in place of the mozzarella. So simple as well.

The Mozzarella didn't crisp up so well, il use cheddar next time otherwise this was a good dish! Not as stuffy like a normal jacket potatoe but still feel full π

Amazing recipe thatβs super simple and easy! Takes some time but rather simple :). Tip: Add salt and pepper!!! i wish i added into the mix prior but after tasting it when it was done it definitely needed salt. But 10/10! Great dish!
