Delicious. I have never cooked chicken like this before. Usually I shallow-fry cornflour coated chicken, but this was much easier, and definitely lower in calories. Looking forward to the leftovers for my lunch. I sneakily made this dinner without sharing what the ingredients were, as my daughter hates chicken (but this was ok) my son hates creamy sauces (but ate it anyway as the chicken was good) and my husband hates cheese (I just didn't tell him it had cheese in it. He loved it)

Made it for the 2nd time already. The taste is amazing. I personally did add salt & pepper to the chicken and the sauce as well (already the first time I made it), which the recipe skips completely 🤔.

I made this tonight. I added chopped spinach for extra veg, which is why mine looks more green. The Italian style recipe also made me crave pasta, so I did swap out the rice. I can confirm this was delicious!

looks like a completely different meal but actually looks banging! Maybe I should recreate this one - did you do anything special to the spaghetti?

Thanks! The spaghetti I just cooked per the packet instructions and added a bit of extra grated Parmesan :)

In hindsight using whole leaf spinach instead of chopped spinach would have made this less green!

Made this tonight. I think I went a bit too heavy on the Italian herbs and didn't add enough stock. I don't have measuring cups so had to go with a Google guess. It would have been much nicer with a runny sauce. Tasty though 😋
