Prep time is a lot longer than the 10 mins stated. Next time I'll prepare the meatballs beforehand or use shop-bought. I made a mistake using the drippings from a cooked chicken as the chicken stock - found out later there's not enough water content in the drippings to cook the orzo fully.

Hey Col! Thanks for pointing that out. Prepping the meatballs or using store-bought ones can definitely speed things up! For the orzo, diluting drippings with some water could be a good hack next time. Hope you give it another go!
