The flavors of this recipe were delicious, and I liked the conveinence of the burrito for eating. However, I felt like it was missing a textural element to the dish? I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Also, I added a very small amount of corn starch (maybe 3/4 tsp) to the sauce to thicken it a bit, as it seemed too thin to hold up in the burrito without dripping as the recipe was written. I liked it..... And i would make it again. But I'm going to think about what element is missing. Hmm

I always think with burritos a fresh crunch is ideal, maybe some chopped iceberg lettuce, however its hard to include if meal prepping!
