I made this tonight for dinner. It was absolutely deelish the onmy thing I would do next time is I might bake my sweet potato in the oven rather than madh as I thought it was abit watery. Inwould also cook off my diced red onion firat bwfore heating through with the corn and black beans. But honestlynit was all fabulous and will be on our familys menu 🙌🙌🙌

It’s not bad, but somehow for me it didn’t quite work. But I think that’s me rather than the recipe. I also made a couple of mistakes and that’s probably because the video is so fast. For example I added the spices, honey and lime juice all together to marinate the chicken and then fried it. Instead of frying it with the spices and then adding the honey and lime juice to the pan later. I need to try it again.

Hey Christopher! It still looks very good. I think adding the honey and lime juice to the pan later will keep it nice and saucy and give you a bit of extra sauce to use over the other elements of the dish. You did great, and apologies, those videos are so fast. Blame Instagram's algorithm!! 😅
