I agree about the calories being wrong. The amount of rice is huge along with the oils ect. It is yum but not so good for my calorie deficit

Mightve recorded the rice wrong. I used 733 grams of dried rice for 8 servings

Ayy good work on your tracking Isaac! 💪 Macros will always differ slightly dependent on brands and ingredient inconsistencies but there for a guide 👌 That said, carbs looking a little high your side! The rice seasoning adds a little extra - was that in replacement on something else?

Not sure why it says rice seasoning. It should be just rice vinegar. The rice seems kinda high per serving, might be a macrofactor problem, it all came out to about a cup of cooked rice per serving

I was nervous to try ground chicken because its always seemed weird to me, but this recipe was amazing! Leftovers are even better. Served with avocado on the side.

We made this tonight and it was SO good. We really enjoyed it and were looking forward to making it. It’s different from most meals we make and it took longer than we thought but so worth it. I got chili pepper in my nose, so be careful there. 🤣

Hey Tess! Yep, it freezes well! Cool it fully, portion into containers, and freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat until real hot. Rice, chicken, and green beans all hold up fine - though the beans may soften a little and rice lose a little texture
